 *Host Responsibilities:

Supports venue logistics to keep your event running smoothly, assisting with furniture guidance, vendor direction, guest questions, restrooms, trash, lighting, music, and rental items. Provides venue support only and does not manage the event timeline or vendors.


*Day-of-Coordinator:

Oversees the execution of your event and ensures things run smoothly by managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, and overseeing key transitions. They handle setup, décor placement, and logistics, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration without managing logistics.


*Support Staff:

Assist with general event operations like clearing dishes, resetting buffet areas, managing trash, and helping with pre-event setup and/or breakdown.

**You can choose to handle your own propane, firewood, and charcoal needs, or let us provide it for a fee.
