Events booked more than twelve (12) months in advance are subject to future-year pricing. For events occurring more than twelve (12) months from the contract signing date, venue rental rates will increase by five percent (5%) from the current published rate. The adjusted rate will be reflected in the agreement and will not increase further once contracted.

They provide venue access, guidance, and maintain general upkeep during the event, including trash removal and restroom checks. Full-event coordination including decor setup and vendor management - remains the responsibility of the client or their planner. Treasure State Hospitality also offers Day-of Coordination, which is highly recommended at a discounted rate for seamless event setup and execution.


**You can choose to handle your own propane, firewood, and charcoal needs, or let us provide it for a fee.
